Rental delivery is available only within Las Vegas and Henderson.

Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee. If you need same-day delivery, please call us first at (702) 538-9555 before placing your order so we can arrange the delivery and confirm the applicable same-day fee.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their rental order within 24 hours of placing the order without the day-of-delivery cancellation charge.

If the rental is canceled on the scheduled delivery day, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Do you deliver rental equipment?

Yes. Delivery fees depend on your location, the equipment, and scheduling.

Do you pick up equipment when my rental ends?

Yes, if you paid for pickup service. We will collect it from the approved location on the scheduled due date. Otherwise, return it to State Medical Equipment as arranged.

Can you deliver to hotels and resorts?

Yes, we can arrange delivery and pickup at approved hotels, resorts, homes, and other eligible locations. If you paid for pickup service, have the equipment ready and accessible on the scheduled pickup date.

How long can I rent equipment?

Rental periods vary by item. Daily, weekly, or monthly rates may be available; your rental agreement states your rental period.

Can I extend my rental?

Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental end date. Extensions require approval and depend on availability; additional charges apply.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes, before delivery or customer pickup. A 20% cancellation fee may apply once an order is confirmed and processed. Completed services, including delivery or same-day service, are non-refundable.

Do I get a refund if I return equipment early?

Rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period begins. Early returns do not receive a partial refund or credit unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Do I need a prescription?

Some equipment requires a valid prescription or medical order before release. Contact us if you are unsure about your item.

What if my rental equipment has a problem?

Stop using it and call us promptly if it appears damaged, unsafe, or is not working properly. Please do not repair or modify it yourself.
