Inogen Aurora P1 Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask
The Inogen Aurora P1 Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask provides a compact, minimal-contact option for CPAP and BiPAP users who prefer nasal pillows instead of a traditional nasal or full face mask.
The P1 uses soft, medical-grade silicone nasal pillows that seal at the nostrils, along with lightweight double headgear and a 360° swivel elbow that allows the tubing connection to move more freely as sleeping positions change.
Available with Small, Medium, and Large nasal pillows.

Compact Nasal Pillows Design
Unlike a traditional nasal mask that seals around the nose, the Aurora P1 uses nasal pillows that seal at the nostrils.
This creates a smaller mask profile with less material covering the face, making the P1 an option for nasal breathers who prefer minimal facial coverage during PAP therapy.
The Aurora P1 is intended for nasal breathing. If you regularly breathe through your mouth while sleeping, talk with your healthcare or sleep equipment provider about which mask style is appropriate for your therapy.
Soft Silicone Nasal Pillows
The P1 uses medical-grade rebound silicone designed to provide a soft, secure interface at the nostrils.
Three nasal pillow sizes are available:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Proper sizing is important for achieving a secure seal without unnecessary pressure or overtightening.
360° Swivel for Easier Movement
A 360° swivel elbow connects the mask to the PAP tubing and allows the connection to rotate as the user changes position.
The rotating connection helps the tubing move with the user rather than requiring the entire mask connection to remain in one fixed position.
Lightweight Double Headgear
The Aurora P1 uses a double headgear design to help maintain mask stability while keeping the overall interface compact.
Its streamlined design leaves more of the face uncovered than a traditional nasal or full face mask, which may appeal to users who prefer a less obstructive PAP interface.
Designed for CPAP & BiPAP Therapy
The Aurora P1 is designed for use with most CPAP and BiPAP systems and uses a standard 22 mm tube connection.
Its specified therapy pressure range is 4–20 cmH₂O.
Always use your mask and PAP equipment according to your prescribed therapy settings and the manufacturer's instructions.
