DeVilbiss 10L Oxygen Concentrator
The DeVilbiss 10L Oxygen Concentrator provides continuous-flow oxygen from 2 to 10 liters per minute (LPM) for prescribed home oxygen therapy requiring higher flow capacity than a standard 5-liter concentrator.
Built on the established DeVilbiss stationary concentrator platform, the 1025DS delivers 87%–96% oxygen concentration throughout its rated 2–10 LPM range while maintaining the same cabinet footprint as the DeVilbiss 5L model. At approximately 42 lbs., it combines higher oxygen output with a relatively compact stationary design.
The concentrator also features the DeVilbiss OSD® Oxygen Sensing Device, highly visible status indicators, accessible controls, and compatibility with cylinder transfill systems.

Higher-Flow Stationary Oxygen
Standard home oxygen concentrators commonly provide up to 5 LPM. The DeVilbiss 1025DS extends the available continuous-flow range to 10 LPM, providing a stationary option for prescriptions requiring higher flow capacity.
The flowmeter is adjustable from 2 to 10 LPM, with a specified oxygen concentration of 87%–96% throughout that range.
Oxygen flow should always be set according to the patient's prescription.
Built-In Oxygen Monitoring
The DeVilbiss OSD® Oxygen Sensing Device monitors the oxygen produced by the concentrator during operation.
Bright status indicators are positioned for easier visibility, while accessible controls make routine operation straightforward for patients and caregivers.
Compact Design for a 10L Concentrator
Although capable of delivering up to 10 LPM, the 1025DS is built in the same cabinet shell as the DeVilbiss 5L concentrator.
The unit weighs approximately 42 lbs., providing higher-flow stationary oxygen capability without substantially increasing the cabinet size compared with the DeVilbiss 5L platform.
Transfill Compatible
The DeVilbiss 1025DS is compatible with oxygen cylinder transfill systems, allowing it to be incorporated into compatible home oxygen setups that include refillable portable cylinders.
A Transfill Caddy and transfill connection tubing are available separately. Other compatible oxygen accessories, filters, connectors, and humidifier supplies may also be purchased separately as needed.
