How long can I rent the equipment?

  • We offer daily, weekly, and monthly. We also offer bi-weekly for some equipment. The prices vary based on the equipment being rented.

What if I change my mind and want to rent the equipment longer, can you prorate what I already paid?

  • We can prorate the rental within a 24 hour timeframe from the time of delivery.

If I wanted to buy the equipment I rented, what should I do?

  • We will provide you a quote of how much it is to purchase considering what you already paid for renting it and the condition of the equipment you want to buy.


How fast can you deliver?

  • Please call our office at 702-538-9555 for more accurate delivery estimates.

Do you offer delivery?

  • Yes, we offer delivery services for our equipment. The rates will vary depending on the equipment you are purchasing/renting.

Can you deliver to a hotel and/or casino?

  • Yes, but you have to coordinate with an individual working the front desk prior to delivery. We require the name of the individual you spoke to, as well as the location.

Do you deliver after store hours?

  • Yes, we offer after hours delivery for any equipment you might have forgotten while on your trip. Any last-minute deliveries are subject to additional fees.


Can we get a refund if we return our rental equipment ahead of time?

  • No, we do not provide a refund for early rental returns.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date to avoid being charge Delivery Fee. Once our equipment is out for delivery, the transportation fee will not be refunded.
  • There is a 20% cancellation fee once order has been placed successfully and processed. 


Do you need a prescription?

  • Yes, we require a United States-affiliated prescription from a healthcare provider for a CPAP machine.
  • We do not require a prescription for additional CPAP supplies.

What types of oxygen equipment can you provide?

  • Currently, we provide home oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, and oxygen tanks.


What different mobility equipment do you offer?

  • Currently, we offer scooters (3 wheel and 4 wheel), power chairs, wheelchairs (standard and heavy duty), transport chairs (standard and heavy duty), mobility parts, accessories, batteries, and chargers ramps.


What are different walking aids that you offer?

  • Currently, we offer walking canes, knee walkers, rollators, walkers, crutches and additional accessories.

What kind of braces do you offer?

  • Currently, we offer braces for shoulders, leg, back, wrist, finger, elbow, neck, ankle, and boot. We also offer braces for Hot and Cold Therapy.


What brands and/or series do you have in stock?

  • Our lift chairs are from Golden Technologies. Currently, we have products from the Twilight Series, Twilight Technology, MaxiComfort Series, Comforter Series, Value Series, and Signature Series.


What kind of incontinence supplies do you offer?

  • Currently, we offer adult diapers (pull-on and briefs), underpad, and urinary supplies.
